We understand some deliveries require extra care, particularly those that are fragile.
Yes, we do deliver fragile items. However, we do have strict guidelines on packaging these deliveries that require extra care.
Sherpa strongly recommends all items are packaged in unmarked/unbranded and sealed bags or cardboard boxes. This ensures your items are unidentifiable.
We also recommend items are packed with a minimum thickness of 3 mm, with additional packaging measures for items considered as 'fragile'.
We realise some items cannot be packed this way due to their extremely fragile state (such as balloons or tiered wedding cakes). Please note we do not deliver extremely fragile items. If a delivery is booked for an extremely fragile item, our Sherpa drivers reserve the right to decline the pick up of the goods on arrival.
If you are not sure if your item would be considered as extremely fragile, please get in touch with Sherpa Support via our Help Centre. Our team will gladly answer any questions you have.
