Once payment has been confirmed for your delivery, and delivery has been made to your recipient, you will receive an email from Sherpa. This email will include all the details of your delivery, including an invoice.
If you missed this email or would like to download a number of invoices at one time, you can also do this on the Sherpa website and in the Sherpa App. Here's a quick breakdown of how to access invoices on both Sherpa platforms:

- Select History from the left-hand panel
- Open the delivery you would like to access the invoice for
- Select Download Invoice

- Open the Sherpa app
- Select My Account
- Select History
- Select the delivery you would like to access the invoice for
- Select View Invoice
